FaxBox is structured on a high quality communication network which allows our clients to communicate from more than 1500 cities across 5 continents.
The communications that flow across our servers are totally protected: data is encrypted, users are identified and access controlled, servers are secured, databases are backed up. We manage millions of faxes each day.
Our production servers include redundant architecture. Our infrastructure is housed in white rooms with 24/7 supervision, 365 days a year, with several geographical sites in order to handle physical risk to equipment.
