FaxBox.com is ideal for team working. Faxes are received in a folder shared by the team members of a department. Viewing, renaming, forwarding, archiving… are all possible depending on the user rights. Or, you can select a person to be in charge of faxes for the department. Faxes arrive directly in his (her) email inbox. This person is responsible for sorting, forwarding, archiving, etc.

Interface with business applications

FaxBox.com interfaces with your business applications (CRM, management, accounting) or your ERP and Information Systems (AS400, UNIX, SAP, etc.). This means you can send faxes directly from your applications, without having to enter the destination fax number again. You can also automate fax transmissions from your applications. For example, you can setup FaxBox.com to systematically send a fax confirmation for any order recorded in your Business Management system .

Confidentialité

With FaxBox.com, each user can have his or her own private number, thus dramatically improving the confidentiality of communications. The “SecureFax” option prevents faxes from being stored on the FaxBox.com servers, thus ensuring fully confidential communication since the contents cannot be accessed via the website.

Sending Fax Mailing

FaxBox.com allows you to conduct real time direct marketing operations and send fax mailings to thousands of contacts. The procedure for creating a Fax Mailing operation is very simple. The user prepares his (her) operation by creating a conventional mailshot. The FaxBox virtual printer allows you to integrate a database when sending the document. The user receives an OK proof via Fax to allow the user to validate the operation before it is actually launched. Once the fax mailing has been sent, the user receives a summary report allowing them to measure the operation feedback.

Sending SMS

Do you need to send information without disturbing the recipient, notify a change to the agenda or send written information to business travellers? Fed up struggling with the keyboard of your mobile phone to create an SMS? Fax.Box.com supports SMS messaging, simply subscribe to the SMS option. You can then connect at any time, login to the www.faxbox.com website and click on the SMS tab to access this feature. You can also send SMS via your email application or the SMS RTE client.
