Fax communications transmitted via our servers are fully secure: data is encrypted, users are authenticated, servers are secure and databases are protected.

Secure VPN

If desired, we can offer a VPN (Virtual Private Network) between your company and the FaxBox.com servers. A VPN ensures that the data transmitted between your company and our servers is encrypted and can under no circumstances be hacked during its transit via the Internet. We work with each of our customers in order to integrate their specific issues and implement the VPN system best suited to their requirements.

A secure infrastructure

FaxBox.com is based on reliable and proven fax servers. We manage traffic exceeding 1,000,000 faxes/day. Our production servers operate with a redundant architecture. They are installed in white rooms, under 24/24, 365 day-a-year surveillance, with multiple physical locations in order to prevent hardware disasters.

Secure website

Users provide authentication on the FaxBox extranet by means of a Login/Password, based on their user name or email address. Each customer is provided with his (her) own user table, with secure access via SMTP. The design of the website includes preventive measures against SQL attacks to ensure a high level of security.

Your data is protected

The information contained in our customer's faxes is their exclusive property. Our employees cannot access the production servers, other than for maintenance operations. In any case, the contents are never visible. Hence, your data is permanently protected. No third party can access it.
