Overview
FaxBox Corporate is the leading Fax Mail service in Europe. FaxBox Corporate allows you to easily send and receive faxes via email. No need to install any hardware or software. You are allocated a fax number with the area code of your choice. The FaxBox Corporate service is accessible with a few clicks and you can start faxing immediately.
How does it work?
Sending a fax is as simple as
An email
Create an email and append your attachments. Enter the destination fax number (
[email protected]
) Click on “Send”, and it is faxed!
Printing a file
Create your fax in an application (Word, Excel, etc.). Select File/Print. Select the FaxBox virtual printer. Complete the requested details (destination fax number, subject, message, cover page, etc.). Click on “Send”, and it is faxed!
A photocopy
Insert your fax into your multifunction machine. Select “Fax” or “Scan to email”. Enter the destination fax number (
[email protected]
). Press “Copy”: it is faxed!
What about the acknowledgement?
The acknowledgement arrives directly in your email inbox. Or in a shared folder. Or you can print it directly to the multifunction platform.
Receiving a fax
Your faxes arrive directly in your email inbox. You can view the first pages immediately. The complete fax is received as a PDF or TIFF attachment.
Address books
Save time. If you don’t want to manually enter destination fax numbers, use the address books in your email application, MFP, or your company’s address books.
Traffic monitoring
The private and secure website, accessed via a login and password, allows you to monitor traffic, view archives and define user permissions.
Administration
Assign rights to users. Create user groups by department and select a group administrator. Select users who will receive faxes in their inboxes and users who can view faxes via the website. Define users who will be allocated an individual fax number and users who will share a common number.
